Pinnacle/BPS Graph (Worksheet)
The Pinnacle/BPS (Bytes Per Second) graph control is the default graph tool for Access ELF. It's fast, yet supports a wide range of graph types, each with a number of display options.
This is the ActiveX control which was released with Visual Basic 6.0 in June 1998. (Visual Studio 6.0 CD#2 COMMON\TOOLS\VB\CONTROLS\Graph32.ocx)
We incorporate it in our products with the understanding that it is legal to do so, by virtue of the Microsoft Visual Studio Developer license held by ELF Software Co. We explicitly do not distribute with this, or any of our products, the "design-time license" which would allow a developer to remove the control from our products and to transfer it to their own. This design-time license consists of the registration information contained in the VBCTRLS.REG file distributed along with Graph32.ocx.
The Access ELF Worksheet form and several of the Access ELF stand-along graph forms require this design-time license in order to be displayed in development mode. This means that if you intend to modify these parts of the Access ELF program (for your own use), you can do so only if you are also in possession of this design-time license information. This license can be acquired from Pinnacle, or packaged with various Microsoft products.
Note: if you go looking for Pinnacle/Byes Per Second on the Web, you will find they've changed their name to Pinnacle Webworkz.
